EMDR and Trauma Therapy for Adults in California
You Can Feel Solid in Yourself Again.

Hi, I’m Yana.
If you’re here, something has likely shaken your sense of certainty — even if you’re used to being capable and steady. I work with thoughtful, self-aware adults who are navigating experiences that have disrupted their confidence, trust, or direction. My mission is to help you process what feels overwhelming at its root so you can feel solid in yourself again.
Over time, I’ve seen how insight alone isn’t always enough. Many of the adults I work with understand their patterns deeply — yet still feel stuck or unsettled. That’s why I specialize in EMDR and depth-oriented trauma therapy. This approach allows us to work beyond analysis and support your nervous system in fully integrating what feels unresolved.
My Approach
Where Insight Meets Integration.
Therapy with me is steady, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I bring structure to our work while creating space for reflection and honesty. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware — they don’t need to be analyzed. They need a grounded space where what feels overwhelming can be processed safely and clearly.
My approach integrates EMDR with trauma-informed and attachment-focused work. We move beyond simply understanding your patterns and toward fully resolving what feels stuck. This means working not just at the level of thought, but at the level of the nervous system — where lasting change occurs.
What sets me apart is my ability to hold complexity without losing steadiness. I respect your intelligence and autonomy while helping you navigate what feels destabilizing. Our work is focused, intentional, and paced in a way that supports real integration — not just temporary relief.
Personal Background
I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people make sense of their experiences — especially when those experiences feel overwhelming or destabilizing. Over time, I found myself working with thoughtful, capable adults who understood their patterns deeply, yet still felt unsettled by experiences they couldnt simply "think through.”
Seeing this gap between insight and integration is what led me to specialize in trauma-focused work and EMDR. I was drawn to an approach that respects a person's intelligence while also addressing the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns that insight alone doesn’t resolve.
Today, I focus on helping adults who are steady and capable in many areas of life — but find themselves shaken by experiences that disrupt their sense of certainty. I believe real change happens when we create a grounded space to process what feels unresolved, allowing clarity and self-trust to return.
